The writing and reading skills are very important to everybody that is learning a new language as they are a fundamental part of the learning process. These skills need to be developed when students are learning other language since if students do not develop them, they will be in trouble when they are given a writing or reading assignment. Students have to learn new vocabulary in order to get a good writing skill because if they do not know that much vocabulary, they will not be able to write a paragraph. A good way to learn new vocabulary is reading books because students will get a broader knowledge based on the books they will read.
Teachers have an important role in teaching the writing and reading skills to students because they have to encourage students to learn not only in the classroom but also at home. Teachers needs to teach students with activities that students can enjoy and that will get the students attention and that will motivate them to self-study.
Internet is a useful resource for teachers and students because it provides many tools and applications that will let them know how to teach and learn the writing and reading skills with different activities and challenges that will help them in the teaching-learning process in a good way.
Hi Gaby! I totally agree with you when you mention that writing and reading are important in the learning process. Also, the importance of increase the vocabulary in order of reading activities is a nice method for the students to encourage their skills and habilities. Teachers should be creative to motivate students to learn inside and outside of the classroom. However, there are teachers that dont care about the use of Internet as a tool to teach and is a mistake because Children, teens and adults show more interest in technology as never before. Nice log!
ResponderEliminarI agree with you Gaby! It is importat for teacherse to motivate and engage students with reading not only in the class, but to do so by their own. Also, I agree when you say that the materials need to be appealing for students so thay they will enjoy the readings and will increase their vocabulary. Moreover, it is important for students to learn how to express their ideas in a written form ande in an organized way. Nice opinion!
